Admission process and timeline

Ekonomski fakultet BL 53Applicants must complete online admission application and send required documentation by deadlines indicated in the calendar.

The application is confirmed only after receipt of the dossier.

IMPORTANT: applying earlier maximizes your chances of being accepted to the program.

Suggested early application deadline: the 15th of May

THE ONLINE PROCEDURE IS THE FOLLOWING:

STEP 1: REGISTRATION

The applicant provides personal information and e-mail address and confirms it. PIN and PASSWORD required to complete the application are provided, as they are sent to e-mail address.

STEP 2: COMPLETION

Although this part requires obligatory and optional sections, it is recommended that both are filled in. The application can only be finished and forwarded when the applicant has completed all obligatory sections, and clicked on CONFIRM button. After completing online application, applicants must print the SUMMARY OF THE APPLICATION.

STEP 3: SEND DOSSIER

The final step of the admission process is to send DOSSIER to Admissions Office by express/priority post or deliver it in person to the address below:

It is important to note that online applications will not be considered if necessary documentation is not received.

DOSSIER

The dossier comprises of the following:

  • Summary of the online application for admission
  • Degree Diploma and official academic transcripts (indicating grades)
  • Copy of internationally recognized English Certificate
  • Motivational letter
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • 2 letters of recommendation (1 academic + 1 professional)
  • 3 passport size color photos
  • Photocopy of the passport or other relevant official ID card
  • Application fee payment receipt (€ 50)

All documents should be in English language. If not, official translations with international apostille stamp are necessary.

 

APPLICATION FEE

The application process fee of 50€ is compulsory. It is due by the application deadline and will not be refunded if the applicant decides to withdraw from selection or is not successful.
